Rates

Room Rate $225 per night, Plus tax, or $179 per night with three night minimum, Plus Tax.
Addional fees apply for dock space. Does not include lodge, bar, or full kitchen

Occupancy is based on two adults and two children per room. (Room 3, Maximum two people)

6 Rooms for 7 nights-maximum 24 people (June15 - September 15 2017) - $6,000 plus tax (includes lodge, dock,fully equipped kitchen and private bar)

7 Rooms for 7 nights-maximum 28 people (June15 - September 15 2017) - $6,900 plus tax (includes lodge, fully equipped kitchen, dock, and private bar)

8 Rooms for 7 nights- maximum 32 (June15 - September 15 2017) $7,700 plus tax (includes lodge, fully equipped kitchen, dock, and private bar)

9 Rooms for 7 nights- maximum 34.people (June 15 - Septrmber) $8,400 plus tax (includes lodge, fully equipped kitchen, dock, and private bar)

9 Rooms $1,800 per night plus tax (Three night Minimum) 34 people max.(includes lodge, fully equipped kitchen, dock, and private bar)

Additional nights may be rented depending on availability.
Additional costs will be incurred for exceeding maximum room occupancy guidelines.
